Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12/10/2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, landing pages, and services provided by Alpine Motorwerk for Auto Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a business operating in Missouri, USA. By accessing our website, submitting information, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business and service description

Alpine Motorwerk for Auto Services provides specialized automotive electronic services, including but not limited to:

ECU/ECM programming and cloning

TCM and other transmission module programming/cloning

BCM and other body module configuration

Instrument cluster and selected control module services

Services are primarily offered business‑to‑business to auto repair shops, transmission shops, body shops, mobile technicians, and similar professional customers within the United States.

The information on this site is for general informational and marketing purposes and does not guarantee availability, compatibility, or results for any specific vehicle or module until a case is individually reviewed.

2. Eligibility and professional use

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

You are acting on behalf of yourself, your business, or your employer and have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You will use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Missouri law.

3. Quotes, orders, and service process

3.1 Quotes and estimates

Any quotes or price estimates provided (via phone, SMS, email, or web form) are preliminary and based on information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on:

Module condition upon inspection

Additional work required

Shipping, handling, or rush‑processing options

We reserve the right to revise or decline a quote upon receiving and evaluating your parts.

3.2 Placing an order

An order is placed when you:

Accept a quote or service description (in writing or through our online process), and

Ship a module or otherwise provide the necessary parts or information for us to perform services.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You have performed basic vehicle diagnostics to reasonably identify the module as a likely cause of the issue.

You understand that module programming/cloning may not resolve problems caused by wiring, sensors, mechanical faults, or other non‑module issues.

3.3 Turnaround and shipping

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times are outside our control and depend on the carrier. You are responsible for:

Proper packaging of parts to prevent damage in transit

Shipping costs to our facility (unless otherwise stated)

Risk of loss for shipped items passes to the carrier when you hand them over for shipment.

4. Payment, fees, and refunds

4.1 Payment terms

Payment terms will be communicated during the ordering process and may include:

Payment in full before shipment of the completed module

Approved business accounts or arrangements where applicable

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received, fails, or appears fraudulent.

4.2 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by federal, state, or local authorities in connection with your purchase.

4.3 Refund and return policy

Because we provide specialized diagnostic and programming services, many services are non‑refundable once work is performed, even if:

The vehicle has unrelated issues that prevent repair.

The module or donor unit has undisclosed defects that make it unusable.

If we determine that no service can be rendered (e.g., the module is non‑repairable or cannot be cloned), we may offer:

A partial refund, less diagnostic and handling fees, and/or

Return of your parts at your expense.

Any specific refund or credit policy for your project will be communicated at the time of service and will supersede this general policy.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Accurate and complete information on vehicle year, make, model, engine, VIN (if requested), and module part numbers.

Performing proper diagnostic steps to rule out non‑module causes where possible.

Ensuring any use of our services complies with OEM guidelines, safety regulations, emission rules, and other applicable laws (federal, state, and local).

You may not use our services for illegal street racing, tampering, odometer fraud, or any unlawful modification.

6. No repair guarantee for entire vehicle

Our responsibility is limited to the specific service performed on the module(s) you send, such as:

Programming, reprogramming, or cloning

Configuration or data transfer

We do not guarantee:

That your vehicle will be fully repaired or free of other problems.

That no additional parts, modules, or work will be required.

That previous or unrelated faults will be resolved.

Because vehicle systems are complex and interconnected, a successful module service does not eliminate the possibility of additional electrical, mechanical, or software issues.

14. Changes to these Terms
